Perfectly located being adjacent to the high street yet still quiet and private with a wonderful south facing courtyard and raised lawned garden to enjoy the summer sun.Ground floor: Front door leading into a hallway, with doors to: Kitchen/Diner: with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. WC: with wash basin. Lounge: Smart TV with FreeSat, french doors leading direct into the south facing garden. First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, TV, Juliet balcony opening out over the garden for those balmy summer evenings!, 1 twin bedroom with TV/DVD offering USB. Family bathroom: with shower attachment over bath, WC and wash basin. Please note: Outside: enclosed south facing garden offering a wonderful space to relax and unwind, catching the morning sunshine through to those long lazy summer evenings! Amenities: bed linen and towels included. High Chair, Travel Cot (please bring own bedding) and Stair Gate available. Parking for one car, space restricted between the 2 parking pillars is 7ft or 2.1m (width). WiFi. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops a 2-minute stroll. Please advise upon booking what beds you would like to be made up for you. Great property, Great location.
Have stayed in Sherringham lots of times over the years and this is the best accommodation we have found. 1 minute walk to the top end of high street. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The house is immaculate and the garden patio area is very pleasant. Private off road parking is also a bonus.

Lovely modern holiday cottage in a great spot
This was a very clean and comfortable holiday cottage. Super convenient for the shops and only a short walk to the beach but quiet. Everything was provided although the parking was a tad tight!

Excellent all rounder
We loved this place so much, location, cleanliness, and comfort. Already booked to return next year.
Just came back from a lovely weekend break in this property. House was spotless, very spacious, had everything we needed, wine and chocolates were a welcome surprise thank you. 11 year old was pleased with the free WiFi! Would love to go back during warmer months to make use of the garden. :-)

A 90th birthday celebration at Old Dairy Court
We booked Old Dairy Court so that my mother could celebrate her 90th birthday in her favourite seaside town.
We found the house to be clean,comfortable,well equipped and well positioned for sea and shops.
The welcome gifts were very well received and so thoughtful.
We were able to visit all our favourite Norfolk haunts and return to a “ Home from Home “ afterwards . Thank you.

Lovely location.
Our third stay at Dairy Court so that speaks for itself. Everything you need, nice private quiet garden but yet in the centre of town
A lovely week, the house was perfect. The house is perfectly positioned close to the town and a short walk to the sea in a very quiet area, it was clean and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and sweets as a welcome was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

A good sized house in a convenient location
The house is located close to the high street so is very convenient. Parking is available which is an added bonus.
The house is well furnished and comfortable, we had everything we needed.
You can only collect the keys between 2pm and 4pm which is a bit restrictive if you are coming from far away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dairy court. It's an excellent location and surprisingly quiet. The garden is sunny and very nice to sit in though a couple more garden chairs would have been useful. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Bed linen was fresh and the beds very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the carpet upstairs had not been vacuumed properly and there were a lot of long black hairs on it when we arrived. A welcome bottle of wine was provided which was a nice touch.
