8 Marriotts Way is a great stay.
Second time staying at number 8 this year and missing it already. It’s a great location with good views front and back and caught the Northern lights out of the window this time. Love it’s location near the town centre and can certainly recommend.

large flat, loads of car parking a space at rear, can watch steam train from kitchen! Accurate spec.in booking info. good shower, well equipped kitchen (oven and fridge rather dated but functionable), with m/wave etc easy to find - 2nd floor but large stairway so no problem beach within easily walkable distance.

Great flat for two
This flat was just right for us, it was clean, with all amenities provided and in a great location. Yes it is on the second floor with no lift but this did not put us off. It is ideal for exploring the local area and having the car parking space is an added bonus.

Well located
Flat is in a small residential block of elderly residents from what we saw. Located on the top floor with only stairs to it. Partial view of the steam train tracks from the kitchen window. Unfortunately we found the road outside very noisy as of 6am every day as it is a main route to Cromer. Issues were experienced with hot water supply but the owner was available to speak to and matters resilved themselves.

Very clean,comfortable and spacious apartment in great location. A real home from home. Ideally located for coastal and country walks and great access to Poppy Line railway. Good location

Always enjoy staying here
Stayed here a few times now, always clean and comfortable. We don't cook while we are there but kitchen has everything you would need. Easy to follow instructions for immersion, heating, wi fi, etc. Short walk to train station and bus stops for exploring nearby places. Overlooking a main road but noise is not an issue, not much traffic at night. Perfect for us and look forward to our next visit.
