Located on Beeston Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), yet only 0.6 miles to the beach, shops, cafes and train station – so why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus!Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge area: with sofa, armchair, wall mounted TV and feature fireplace. Kitchen area: with electric oven with electric hob, under unit fridge with freezer box, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with four stools. Door leading to rear garden. Door to: Downstairs family shower room: with corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
