"Room was clean and quiet, Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The guy maintaining the breakfast bar was great. He was friendly and kept everything filled and tables clean. We had dinner in the bar, food was good, good selection of tap beers. We felt safe. A good experience."

"It was a great room on the 2nd floor. Our sweet guy who checked us in was apologetic that he didnt have one on the 1st or 3rd floor. He also was very helpful in giving us dinner suggestions. The morning breakfast was great as usual for a Hampton Inn."

"This is a gem, we had a delightful stay. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The property is clean and conveniently located. It is a historic hotel and you give up a bit of modern convenience but we enjoy staying at historic hotels. There is no TV in the room nor mini-fridge or microwave. There is an elevator however. Loads of history here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable."

"Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was quiet and nice in the area also. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only thing we didn’t like was that this is the first Holiday Inn Express that did not have a Keurig coffee maker in the room… I thought maybe it was just our room, but I asked another lady and she said they didn’t have one either. We really missed that because we had to get dressed and go all the way downstairs to get a cup of coffee."
