Nestled at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains, this historic town offers trails where cowboys once rode and Butch Cassidy roamed. Visit the century-old Occidental Hotel for live bluegrass music, then drive the Cloud Peak Skyway for wildlife spotting and mountain vistas.
Although we stayed only 1 night in this hotel.... We had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The rooms were very clean.
A great hotel for families of all ages, but especially for those with children.

We stayed one night. The hotel was pretty standard, but clean and everything worked as expected. The location is a suburban area opposite a shopping area with a Wallmart. The laundry was free which was a nice touch.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, comfortable and had a good view. Location was excellent and the little town offered some good eating and was nice to ride thru. I would stay here again.

Solid property for a one night stay on the way to Yellowstone from South Dakota. Comfortable beds. Breakfast wasn't great with lots of disposable products used such as plates and cutkertu which seems a waste and not very environmentally friendly. Also, the laundry room had no working dryers while we were there which was frustrating as we had planned on doing our laundry before hitting Yellowstone.
