It was the perfect location for viewing the eclipse 2024. Accommodations were basic but a great value. The owner proprietor was very accommodating and friendly which added to our enjoyment of the eclipse. We did not have to deal with any traffic going to and from viewing areas. It is within walking distance to a number of places to eat.

The room was clean and neat. A good value. Comfortable beds. Good TV. Our room was too close to the road. A night lamp on the bedstand would be helpful. Modern outlets with usb ports would help too.

The rooms are spacious and clean ! The bed very comfortable for sleeping ! Also very quiet and access to path to walk my puppy was a bonus!

Just a quick overnight stay in Sherbrooke as we were on a road trip going east. Everything was fine for us and the basics were covered: cleanliness and pleasant staff. Can't really comment on much else, but would recommend this motel.

Great to have in Lennoxville.
I like staying here. My kid goes to university nearby so it's a great "home" away from home for us since we spend most of our time out and about. I'd love to be able to bring our dog but I understand the reasons why they don't accept them...but it will force me on occasion to pick a different place. The owners were great. It was clean. The particular room we were in was really warm (AC was not strong enough perhaps), but previous stays we had no problems with room temperature. We will definitely stay again (when we don't need to bring our dog.)

This is a simple, clean, functional, convenient, and affordable motel in a quiet location on the outskirts of Sherbrooke, great value for the money, pleasant front desk, simple amenities, comfortable beds. It was a perfect location to attend nearby music and dance events, where we were not spending any time other than sleeping at the motel. These modest motels have a real role in providing affordable lodging to a mix of travelers and I, for one, was very appreciative of this as an option. I only downgraded staff/service since the front desk is not open 24 hours, requiring us to come there before our event to check in while it was open. Staff was quiet yet friendly.

Very good value for the money. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and firm. If there is any recommendation I would make, then that would be to improve the internet service. It was very sluggish, at besr, and often the connection dropped for no explicable reason. Very frustrating. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was not clean and facilities are old. Hotel also charged additional money without authorization for taking some goods which we didn’t do. Hotel manager reviewed cctv and refunded money, but it was really unpleasant experience.

good morning,when the guests leave the room , the should be close the door , if not somebody entre in the room and take something it is your responsibility. your father left the room about 6 h 30 in the morning , and he didn't close and somebody enter the room and take the cafémachine , i try call you 2 times before you call me and want to know what happen in the room but no answer . the door locked automatic , without the key nobody can enter in the room.i am sorry about this but if your father close the door when he left , this would be not happened .

It was close to where we needed to be. Price was right. There is the trans Canada walking trail directly behind the hotel so we were able to go for a lovely walk along the Massawipi river

So this place is a gem. A few noteable things: the price is cheap. Can't beat it. The rooms are dated, while the bedding is NICE and new and good quality, the mattress was NOT. The owner/manager was working VERY hard and was VERY attentive and responsive. The decor is 1970, but charming? The front view is onto a road, but just out back there is a cycling/running trail along the river that goes for MILES in both directions. It's very close to the highway, so convinient in that regard, and quiet once inside the room. The rooms did smell like smoke, but after a few hours of windows open that helped... So basically if you're looking for a cheap easy clean place to stay, I would highly recommend it. If you're concerned with a firm mattress or a scenic view don't even consider it.
