房間舒適整潔，樓下是商場，食肆很多。訂房時已經表明到酒店才付款，信用卡只作保證，但是酒店的代理公司真的過帳了。向前台職員解釋一番，她們仍堅持要收現金，否則不提供房間。結果雙重付款，現在要申請退款，仍未知道可否取回多付的一倍房價 ... ...

當天抵達酒店才被櫃檯人員臨時通知那天無法入住，當下我們全部人都傻住了，櫃檯起先跟我們說飯店今日全部客滿，但我們跟他說早就已經預定好房，他才改口說整棟停水停電，因此當晚無法開放客房入住，然而當時大廳和隔壁的餐廳都燈火通明，我們實在不明白何來的停水停電。再三確認無法入住之後，櫃檯只是毫無誠意的以不好意思幾個字敷衍我們，也沒有建議我們如何解決或是轉介我們到其他酒店，這次的經驗實在令人感到非常失望，以後絕對不會再預定這間酒店。最後我們只好臨時去對面的麗楓酒店訂房，而當我們告訴麗楓櫃檯我們臨時訂房的原由時，他們告訴我們此酒店經常停水停電，而真正的理由究竟為何我們無從得知，請各位旅客三思。
