This is a nice hotel, a lot entertaining facilities on the lobby floor, room is very clean, service is good. A big eating plaza right next to the hotel, very convenient.

Such a small room, not even the space for my suitcase, overheated, noisy from the 3rd floor bar even if staying 6th floor. Housekeeping lady was really nice and breakfast was quite complete with a good selection. I understand the concept of factory fashioned modern trendy hotel but it is not my taste. I have better options around SZ bei. 1st and last stay

酒店設計時尚空間夠大, 位置非常便利就在深圳鐵路4號線紅山站D出口步行約8分鐘,旁邊就是大型商場,各類型食市餐廳. 我們4人入住2個晚上, 房間方面亦十分舒適, 被安排在9樓高層景觀開揚, 喜歡浴室夠大. 接待處位於3樓, 但有感前台同事在職年資較新手,辦理入住手續時有些手忙腳亂感覺,回答客人提問亦有點力不從心. 在check-in 期間更出現問題, 我們其中一張房卡並不能開啟得到, 要回去3樓接待處更換, 可惜又是開啟不到, 於是在同層找來房務員幫忙打開房間, 稍後再到樓下更換房卡後我們便外出了. 但遺憾地晚上回來是再一次打開不到房門, 又再跑下去叫人處理,結果員工擾攘了差不多20分鐘說維修不到後就換了另外一間, 當時時間已接近凌晨12時. 同一間房間接連3次都未能用磁卡成功開門, 是否應該在我們下午外出時再做好檢測呢, 這樣的處理手法是有些不妥當, 希望貴酒店能作出改善讓每位賓客都得到便利的入住體驗. 整體而言, MOXY HOTELS 是一間值得推薦各位要來深圳遊玩的旅客. 下次我依然會選擇與家人朋友前來旅遊住宿.
