"The room was okay for one night stay. The biggest problem was with the lobby reception. I booked a double room for 4 persons and it was perfectly clear including buffet breakfast. However, the hotel said that they only gave 2 persons for free. I showed Hotels.com’s receipt which clearly states for 4 persons. I had to argue with them for half hour before they finally agreed to give free breakfast for all. The experience was really frustrating."
