"My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Cozy Cabin.The weather and leaves along with view of the river were beautiful. The cabin beautiful with plenty of wood for indoor and outdoor fires. We hope to return in the future."

"Me and my family enjoyed our stay the location and craftsmanship of the home is incredible. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very friendly and offered recommendations on things do to in the area. Overall the home was clean but it is in need of a dusting and had lots of cob webs but that didn’t really bother us. It was a bit strange that we had to bring our own sheets and pillow cases, but we were not made aware of this until after booking our stay. The upstairs bathroom had an oder like the septic fumes were maybe leaking in maybe the plumbing needs a P trap or something but I didn’t investigate that. Overall it’s still such a beautiful home I didn’t mind these small things I’d still stay here again."

"We eloped in Shenandoah National Park and used the house to host an intimate wedding celebration. The house is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the place is stocked. I highly recommend using this house as a “venue” for your small wedding / elopement. Hosts were also very communicative. I do want to note that check-out procedures, including timing, were not consistent. I recommend updating all procedures so that timing, etc. aligns to prevent future guests from having uncomfortable interactions with the cleaners. Otherwise, we had an absolutely amazing stay and hope to return one day!"

"The home is lovely. It's clean and described very accurately. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening. The pavilion was not as close as it's made to look in the listing. Too far to send my children alone. The river bank was too overgrown to really fish or swim so that was a bummer. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would do it over again a hundred times. "
