The host was fantastic from beginning to end! Welcoming and with to the point information for our trip. When contacted about some Wi-Fi or Internet issues - received immediate response.The house made my family feel at home. It is a big house but it gave us a warm feeling, for the Thanksgiving holiday.The place, WOW, the first evening, such a serene, cool (as in cold), and amazing views from the back porch - the Blue Ridge or Shenandoah Valley at it's best!The bedrooms and bathrooms - spic clean - plenty of towels, toiletries, pillows.The kitchen had the appliances, pans, cooking sheets, ... we needed. The adjacent dinning room gave us some much needed family time preparing - breakfasts and dinners, and what a view![The information they provide before you go there and in their binder at the house is very accurate]One recommendation to future guests: if you like a shorter route and 'cross country' take what the GPS says, via Mountain Rd. and Panhandle,.... I took my parents the longer route - because they don't like gravel roads - via 340, about .5 of a mile of gravel road.MUCHAS GRACIAS
