We have been staying at this Cozy Oceanview place every year and loving everything about it (location, cleanliness, Host, nice decor, and all the amenities) Both units are so nice, we highly recommend this joyful place.
Amazing stay. This house had the most amazing sunset views. Easy walk to the cove. Loved it had coffee, creamer and spices. Even had pancake mix! Property manager was great to communicate with as well.
The house is beautiful and has a great view the ocean. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is great and the people there are very kind.
We really enjoyed our stay in Shelter Cove. Kira’s place is comfortable and very clean. Has everything you’ll need for a wonderful trip. This was our first visit to Shelter Cove, we had such a great time, we plan on coming back.
Love the house and all of the amenities provided, more than we have ever seen, bikes, golf clubs, grill, washer dryer, parking in the garage, snacks, coffee, down to the nice linens and towels supplied!
This property was great, was clean and liked the floor plan. Location was good, walk to beach and restaurants. Can watch the sunsets from the deck. Kira was very responsive with any questions.
Perfect spot for our weekend in the cove! Super clean and comfortable. Instructions were easy and the coffee provided was exactly what we needed.
Thanks to host Kira who was super helpful and responsive.
We would love to come back!

We saw a couple of beautiful views of the sunset off the front porch. Five stars all around.
Wonderful view! Well stocked with everything we needed and a lot more. Very clean and bright. Decorated nicely gave a relaxing atmosphere.would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon.
We came into town for my daughter’s wedding and loved our stay at the Oceanview Hideaway #2. The house was in a great location and very clean. The house also was stocked with whatever you would need. I’m not sure if life will bring me back to this area but I would definitely stay in this house again. ❤️
Clean , well stocked , everything worked good, Centrally located . Kira is very conscious and prompt in responses to inquiries. Great to have a garage to park E-Bikes into
Would stay there again.
What a gem this spot was. Great views, so clean, everything we needed within walking distance, and very relaxing. Watched small planes take off and land which our son loved. Deer ate at the golf course out front, even with golfers golfing!
The owner was very friendly and helpful for any questions we had. The black sand beach was a great day trip as well as the lighthouse. The beach by the lighthouse had seals basking on the rocks and tons of hermit crabs for our 5 year old to try to play with. Local businesses were incredibly friendly as well. I wish we could have spent weeks in this place! 100% recommend and hope to visit again.
Be prepared it is very remote. Suggest getting groceries to bring in with you. Great brewery down the road, coffee shop, and an RV store that had hot food. We didn’t get a chance to try the pizza spot.
The property was perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, and our host seems to have thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable.

This was a cute little place. Walkable to the local brewery. Amazing views off the deck, facing the ocean. I sat and watched the sunset over the ocean from the deck. Animals everywhere. Deer hopping all around the property.
The town is cute too. Not many cars on the roads. Mostly moving slow. You could get around by foot or bike with kids very safely.
Not a ton of dining options in town. But enough to get by for a few days.
We had a wonderful weekend staying at Oceanfront Hideaway, Kira was a perfect host and helpful with instructions and house info. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed in case we forgot to bring something. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck and watching the wildlife and the scenery.
Has everything you need near restaurant and beach , beautiful view over golf course to the nearby coast. The water heater had blown a fuse and they took care of it right away. Comfortable beds and Roku tvs in every room. Fully outfitted kitchen.
If your looking for beautiful sunsets and a place to escape for a few days this is the place. Newly remodeled and warmly set up. You walk in with snacks ready for you after the long drive to a open living room kitchen set up. The decor is like you walked into a world market sample room. Really lovely. Walk up stairs to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has loads of closet space and a smart TV. Very cozy beds and shampoo and conditioner in the shower in case you forgot (which we did). The deck wants you to sit and sip coffee and or bbq on it. The host is very good at communicating and wants to make your stay great. Highly recommended.
We absolutely loved our stay here. It is one of our favorite house rental experiences to date. Here is why:
- Kira is super nice and so respectful and organized. Once we booked, each step before, during, and after our stay was simple and so helpful.
- The place was not only spotless but super stylish and so comfortable.
- Pet friendly - we love to bring our dog to experience places with us. Kira could not have been more helpful and even left blankets and a bowl.
- The view from the house is spectacular of the pacific ocean.
- Location is great - quiet and spacious. We liked that only people are there that want to be there.
- The house has all amenities down to condiments and kitchen essentials which we really appreciated. There is also a grill with the most awesome view while cooking! Internet and tv are also great to have on those chilled relaxing evenings.
- We recommend going to Blank Sands beach, spectacular views and a beautiful walk from the house.
So much more, just loved it a lot - definitely plan to go back!
