Surprisingly modern room, fresh clean and crisp, I was delighted to have stayed here

Close to Main Street of Kiama, clean and tidy up to date room only small but big enough for a week end.quite area with the grand hotel on the corner and a coffee van in foyer for your breakfast coffee

The accommodation was clean, had a small kitchette, everything we needed, got an amazing price for family unit at late notice.. which included 2 units, was attached to the hotel where we went to see our favourite country singer, Sara Storer. Great night. 😁

Very quiet motel, close to restaurants and beach. Great staff, I recommend this motel.

Cabin was clean and comfortable air-conditioned in all rooms working well,and had a good view of windang channel, plenty of room for parking and entrance was ramped which makes useful to enter and leave if one had mobility concerns

3 day stay over the Christmas period visiting family. Hotel was full but very smoothly run.

Because I come from the country this was my first time of visiting the city. I had to drive and navigate getting to the accommodation. Once we arrived I was unsure on how to get into the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and made the process very user friendly. Also loved that we were in the city but our balcony had a lovely bushy outlook. Location for what we needed was fantastic. Highly recommend these Serviced Apartments. Thank you.

Perfect for our needs. Weekend of golf and a place to crash. Room and bathroom were clean, modern and comfortable. Others have mentioned the lack of light and we had this issue also, with the frosted windows facing a roof or other part of the building (hard to confirm), they were also painted shut so no ability to have fresh air, but the rooms were air conditioned. Only downside really. Convenient to have the bar and bistro downstairs. Only ate there once, pizza was decent enough. Free onsite...

Good location, Clean, Staff goes the extra mile. It was a very nice time.

Really happy with the room and our stay, overall. Nothing negative to write, only suggestion would be maybe consider sliding fly screen doors to the balcony so at night you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves without being bombarded with mozzies the size of my fist. :) Would definitely stay here again, of all the places we've stayed at The Gong, Best Western City Sands was, literally, the best! :) Everything needed was in the suite, bed was comfy, linen was clean and we...

The staff were extremely helpful when only a few days before our stay we had to find room for some extra guests. They gave us three different room options of varying price and size. When we arrived to check in their was a rude customer in front of us and even though she was very rude the staff member at the check in desk kept calm and was very professional in his behaviour towards her and the other guests in the lobby. The room was far better than expected - I don't typically trust website...

We stayed over Easter long weekend. The room was not new, but clean and in good condition. The was next door, so good food and drink was available. There is also an IGA next door, coffee shop and a few other small shops. A park for the kids to run and play across the road and many of things so see and do within 15 minutes drive.

We found this Motel to be great value for money. Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, microwave, etc. Everything you needed was available. The room was a good size & had been recently refurbished. Anyone who stays at Motel 617 will not be disappointed. We would definitely stay there again !!!

Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th.
