• Bedroom with large Super King bed (can be re-configured to two twin beds if preferred) & built in wardrobes.
• Separate kitchen diner with extensive facilities. Large kitchen table suitable for dining and ample room as a work station area. This then leads on to an attractive Sun lounge conservatory with easy chairs.
• Free Wifi throughout.
• Sleeps maximum 2+2
The property, together with the main house, sits in 6 acres of gardens, orchard and fields, which are available, though access to the 2 fields may be compromised in the run up to, and over, haymaking. Miles of delightful woodland walks are accessible directly from the property for hikers and birdwatchers, and currently 46 separate species of birds have been seen in, or directly overhead from, the garden. Additionally the North Eastern area of the Peak District is only some 5 miles away (15 minutes by car) at Bradfield.
With off road parking for up to 4 cars, whether you are visiting family and friends, attending a wedding, an event in the city, or simply here for business, the one level house provides an ideal base for visitors to the North Sheffield/South Yorkshire area. Junction 36 off the M1 is 5 minutes by car while the Arena, Meadowhall and Sheffield City centre are all less than 5 miles away.
The local centres of Chapeltown and Ecclesfield are less than 2 miles away for the general amenities of shops, banks, post office and restaurants etc. More local pubs with dining facilities and a good selection of beers and drinks are a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll.
Your hosts Bob and Annie live in the adjacent main house and will therefore be available for most of the time to welcome you and attend to any aspect of your stay should the need arise. Otherwise you will be left to relax in peace.
