"Wonderful, spacious house right on the beach. We loved the big porch and the well-stocked kitchen. This house puts you away from the crowds near the club. Kathy was great communicating and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. "

"As soon as we walked in we knew this place would be perfect for our group of 16!! It literally has everything you would need. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and space. The bedrooms are super nice and spacey. The outdoor area is also great for hanging out and going to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to big groups!! "

"In real estate location is key and this villa has the best real estate on the island if you want to have direct access to the beach and adult pool. You can stay at nicer places on the island, but if your goal is convenience then this JF Villa takes second to none. The kitchen is exactly what you expect from a villa. The one downside is the grill has to be electric so it limits your grilling options. I don’t think I have been to any villa and thought that was 5 Star clean so it met my expectation of what it would be. "
