"This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will see you on January 30th and March 2nd next year!"

"The rooms have been renovated since last year and they are gorgeous! Love the sofa and table, and the bathroom! The room is cozy and peaceful. I will say there isnt a shelf or anything in my shower to sit toiletries on, but its ok. "

"Our room was very clean, handicap accessible with a lovely mountain view. We appreciated how friendly, thoughtful and accommodating the staff were to us. It is a great location being directly across from a Cinemark Imax theatre and restaurants! Montage Mountain is also right there."
