Modern Family Cabin with Gas Fireplace, WIFI + EV CHARGER

Enjoy the beautiful sierras with the whole family at this stylish mountain chalet.
This home is newly furnished and updated with a focus on both comfort and style. Get comfortable in the expansive couch in the family room and watch a movie by the fireplace, or relax under the trees on the back deck with your favorite book. Beautiful wood floors throughout.

Centrally located close to town. In the summer, the lake is 5 min away; in the winter, ski slopes are 30 min away at China Peak Ski Resort. Includes a Tesla or other EV vehicle fast charger.

NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC. This is a not a party pad - this is a small, quiet development with neighbors who live there full time - if you have a party, law enforcement will be called, you will be asked to leave.
No more than 2 vehicles in the driveway and no parking on the road (especially in the winter due to snowplows!)
Pets MAY be permitted for an additional $100 flat fee - please message us so that we can make arrangements for additional deep cleaning to remove pet hair in between guests.

NO SMOKING. Please no smoking in/around our property. The home is in an area of high fire risk; this is our family cabin and we are allergic to smoke.

PETS MAY be allowed if prior arrangements are made - a flat fee of $100 will be added for additional cleaning between guests.

NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC. If there are parties/loud music, our neighbors will alert us, law enforcement will be called and you will be asked to leave.
