"Room was clean, staff was amazing and property was great. Highly recommend this as a great place to stop as you’re traveling on I5. More than pet friendly, our dogs were welcomed! Perry at the front desk was great and so outgoing. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. "

"Stayed here a lot of times. Most expensive hotel in Redding. They no longer offer a complimentary breakfast for guests. Our Room smelled like cigarettes, and they wouldn’t move us or provide us a roll out bed for my son to sleep on. Mosaic restaurant was also underwhelming and the staff never seems to fully understand the menu, minimal customer service. Used to be my favorite place to stay in Redding and has gone downhill."

"The beds have rather uncomfortable comforter covers made from a crinkled synthetic fiber that you inevitably have next to your face. The breakfast is about what you'd expect from a mid-price hotel chain, but I was astonished on the second day that they had no caffeinated tea whatsoever. Lots of decaf Earl Grey, but none of the regular kind."

"The hotel was fairly clean, but there were several maintenance issues. Some of the electrical outlets did not work, the in‑room coffee maker was missing parts, and the bathroom was in need of repairs/cleaning. During our stay, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the elevator stopped working overnight, which was inconvenient. They were quick to fix this and had it up and running by mid-morning the following day. On the positive side, the location was very convenient - close to several places to shop, dine & explore. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. Plenty of in-room tv channels for the nights we were rained in."
