"I was charged a $100 deposit with a $5 pet fee that was included. This was after I booked it and paid for it on Expedia. I was told the $100 would refunded back to me within 3-4 days of my check out. I never received a refund. "

"This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "

They don’t offer coffee pots or microwaves in the room and every time I would go to get coffee they were out of it and you couldn’t find anybody to replenish it. Coffee is very important to this hard-working nurse won’t be staying there again."
