"This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again "
"Huge rooms and a really large bathroom area made it feel like home. Nice to have a standard-size refrigerator instead of the dorm-room size that many hotels have. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to walk around them. Next time I am in town, this will be my first choice as a place to stay."

"Wow - The remodel of this historic Texas downtown building is epic! Spacious, elegant rooms and decor with amazing character. There is a fantastic art gallery on the first floor and we got to meet the artist. The Mexican restaurant and cafe a few buildings down were go great. So fun to see history coming back to life. If you want an upscale taste of small town Texas - this is 100% where you should stay. "
"We liked the house and enjoyed the space. My only complaints would be that the yard was not mowed and the front porch was covered in army worms. There were no trash bags and no extra toilet paper. If these are things that are not a part of the amenities it needs to be listed. But overall it was a good place to stay for the wedding we attended at a near by venue. "
