"This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again "

"The in process was great. Hotels.com had already charged my card. Front desk guy look up my information and i was all set to go. Room was clean and fresh. The view of the mall was great. Valet was great too greeting me by name and got my car right away."
"The front-desk staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive and cleaned up tables right after guests left. The only negative was housekeeping - we had no shampoo, tissues or washcloths/hand towels in the room upon check-in. The front desk was super friendly and provided what housekeeping did not supply."
"The staff at the Omni made my birthday stay so personable and special, from the upgraded room to the birthday cupcake and card left in my room. Each employee was generous enough to stop and talk, offering whatever assistance they could. The drone night display was impressive to watch.
