"The location was excellent. The parking and the area surrounding the hotel was very safe, with many restaurants and stores for shooping. The room could use a little work, it felt warn down, the return air vent looked very dirty, as well as the room floor and needed more ilumination. We had daily housekeeping, but the floor really needed an extra scrub. We didn't like the breakfast, aside from the coffee, probably the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced in the last few years. The staff was kind and helped us resolve a problem upon arrival."

"I enjoyed the breakfast choices there staying with my family. Staff attentiveness was on point and a plus for the property. There are plenty of shopping choices nearby at Dolphin Mall a quick stroll across a not so busy street. Plus other shopping choices in the Miami International Mall area and close by within a short walking distance. "

"Everything was so good. But all the walk-in showers only have half the doors and they that's how all showers are in the property. So you literally spill water all over the bathroom floor as there is no shower curtain or full door."

"The soundproofing in room is one of the worst I have experienced. Any form of rowdy neighbors results in a sleepless night which is so frustrating. I seriously considered calling the front desk at 1am to make a noise complaint on room 225 which was across the hall from us. We had two very unfortunate and over priced nights at this worn down aloft. Will not return. "
