Staff okay under the circumstances. To name one problem, the queue for breakfast extended from the cafe to the elevators. If there were a duty manager around, this would not be allowed to happen.     "Room condition is excellent especially the bathroom which is very spacious and warm with separate air conditioning control. The landing area is a nice touch. Bed is very comfortable. TV is big and sharp. The only thing is that we did not get a welcome fruit platter which we got all the other hotels. View from the window is also great. Hotel is one block walk from nearest subway station. Neighbourhood is quiet and appears somewhat upmarket."
