"We had a wonderful stay at Trident Hyderabad during our first ever trip to this city. We had such an amazing time. The hotel facilities and restaurants were amazing. The staff here are so lovely and made the stay a truly memorable one. Special thanks to Uzaif who let us check in at 8am in the morning. This was much appreciated after a 10-hour flight with a toddler. Special thanks to Sneha, Chandra, Bharat and all other staff members (I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names) that we interacted with over the three days. You make this hotel a special place!"

"The staff were super friendly and wanting to help in any way possible. The room was large, new and clean. The Cinnamon Restaurant had a wide variety of choices in the menu. The gym was small but had enough equipment to get a decent workout. The location was good, close to the airport and a ten minute walk to a supermarket. The only down side of the room for me was that the way the showerhead was situated, every time I had a shower, the bathroom floor would get wet."
