"I booked a deluxe Harbor view room. When I checked in, they gave me a room on 6th floor literally parking lot view with 2 big cruises boat parked on each side of the parking lot. I went down to the front desk and ask for a room change. The front desk ask what was wrong with the room. I told him I booked a deluxe harbor view room not a parking lot view. He changed to the same room but 15th floor. Not ideal but acceptable. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"Overall, the hotel service was excellent; the staff were very efficient, and the housekeeping staff were also very attentive. The floor layout is somewhat complex, and getting in and out can be a bit tricky."

"We had a family suite with two connecting rooms. The fridge was a bit small. The bathroom sink and shower was plugged and required us going to the front desk twice before someone would fix it for us. There weren’t many usb plugs for us to charge our devices which was a hassle. "
