"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Had an amazing stay in Morillon. The interior was slightly outdated but a lot of effort and energy were put in to renovate the place, making it cosy. The deck outside was huge with a sofa to relax on. We spent a lot if time there to enjoy the best view ever!!! Philippe was always available for questions. You're close by for swimming, rafting, paragliding and the skilift."
