"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do.
Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.
The location is...
"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
"Very clean and comfortable. Walkable area very near light rail. Convenient grocery store across from light rail station. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel and staff were great. It's worth it to spring for the extra fee for executive privileges of the daily breakfast and happy hour. It's close to all public transportation, the downtown Pike Market, the Stadium's and the Space Needle. It's just uphill from most directions - and not a small hill. Just beware if you're getting of the train that you have to schlep your luggage uphill for three blocks.
Other than that, everything about this stay was fabulous."
"Completely unique experience if you have never been to a CitizenM, which we hadn’t. Walked to Seahawks game. Walked to Pike’s market. While pier and activities right there. Great location and experience. Room was super clean. "
No Car Needed! Cozy Beacon Hill Apt by Light Rail, Stadiums, Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay! Convenient to public transport, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops in a walkable neighborhood. Max was so nice and quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the Seattle area."
"I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park.
The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great.
Would stay again.
