"The house was clean and easy to get to. The location was great, very close to restaurants and shops.This was our layover on a road trip from Texas to California. It was the perfect place for our family to stop and rest for the night. We will stay here for every California trip we do in the future."

"Great Host! We enjoyed the location of the house for the activities we had planned for the stay, and the comfy beds were appreciated. Thehouse is big with a backyard to relax in after our long days. And the hot tub was great!"

"We were coming down for family weekend at U of A and looking for a bigger space than just a hotel room, better price point / value , within reasonable distance . This property had it all . Very clean , spacious , well appointed. The large living room area adjoining kitchen was perfect with great size flatscreen & sofa sectional . Only item I would recommend adding would be tv in at least 1 other bedroom , ideally the master . The host was very responsive & accommodating with early check in time. The driveway is a little steep / rocky , so smaller cars proceed slowly vs an suv. Plenty of parking & outdoor lighting was appreciated . It was 8 min drive to the San Xavier Mission, visible from house, since perched on higher ground . We enjoyed the proximity to grocery & dining options too . Even though the property was south of campus & city, it was easy drive back to downtown area . Thank you for great stay ! "

"House was dirty. Dirt and hair in shower and tub. Bathroom Mirrors and countertops splattered with who knows what. Countertops in kitchen had food and other residue. Broken toilet paper roll. No towels in spare bathroom. No bbq grill although one was shown in pictures. Inside of fridge needed cleaning. Oven and stove needed cleaning. Thermostat hanging from wires out of wall. Strong sense of cat hair and dander. Worst vrbo experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this unit. "
