It worked for me and my son because he could be in the main room and I could be on the sofa bed and I could snore like nobody's business, wake up early, make coffee in a full kitchen (gas stove, regular fridge, dishes and cooking wear, washer and dryer) and could watch my own TV and etc, while he is sleeping in the bedroom. Trash sat overflowing near the stairs, a car horn went off often every day of my stay (but not late night), and floor around stairs had something that looked like peanut butter. "We were disappointed that while some things were very clean (mattresses and bedding) some parts were very dirty. The light switches and vents were filthy. The showers/curtains were not the greatest.
