We stayed in the hotel for a week. The location is excellent, right in the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was good. Our rooms were clean and good in size. Our friends room was very small but interesting enough cost the same. The room comfort was good too. We enjoyed staying there

From check in we were made to feel so welcome. Amina was lovely and even suggested a couple of local places for a light meal prior to visiting the Cathedral. The room was lovely. Spacious and quiet. Good to have a kettle for a morning cuppa and the provision of free coffee and water in the restaurant all afternoon and evening as well as flavoured water and pastries in the afternoon were great extra touches. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Right in the heart of the old city.

We had a great time at Petit Palace Santa Cruz, the room was large and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and also tidy. The extensive breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the attention on my birthday. On our next visit to Seville, we will choose this hotel again. And we will recommend it to others.
