The room definitely needs updating with a redecorate. The beds are a little hard and the shower had a mind of its own, but the location is fantastic, the electronic keypad rather than keys or keycards to carry is genius. Communication was fantastic also. Would definitely stay again for the location alone.

There was no staff..only communication in whatsup. There was no ammenities,no fridge, nothing in the room. We had to go to a closet to get hot wayer for coffee. I didnt expect this to be a 3 star hotel. It was a hostal. Anyway it was quiet.

Hotel was nice and clean. There is construction across the street that is noisy in the morning although that will be finished one day. Check in and check out was really easy with no staff members present. Overall was a great place to lay your head after exploring sevilla.

The hotel has a great location — it’s very close to the Seville bus station and within walking distance of most major attractions, which is really convenient for sightseeing. However, I stayed in one of the twin rooms, which was quite small and the soundproofing was poor, so it could get noisy at night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. One thing I didn’t enjoy was the code access, this hotel provides code access to the main entry and room, this means there is no staff service during weekend and non-business hours. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if you value location over comfort.

The property is ideally located for shopping as well as sightseeing and the staff are excellent. We enjoyed our stay for a week. The only downside was that the internet connection in the room was not so good.

The staff were lovely and the Hotel was fine, very clean and comfortable and brilliantly positioned in the centre of the city. Very friendly- the only problem we had was in receiving the WiFi. Otherwise brilliant!

Fabulous location

We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Clean, Great location, Perfect!

Amazing hotel with great location. Not sure why other reviews are not favourable because our room was very clean, checking in was easy; it being a smart hotel, and all amenities worked perfectly! Only problem is the balcony view being a rundown building - the view portrayed in the photos is misleading. Would definitely stay here again if we return to sevilla :)
