You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Theater Room, Game Room, Location, and Hot Tub!!

"A Bear Endeavor" is a spacious 3-level cabin. The main level consists of a King suite with jetted tub and vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen. This level also has a deck with an eating area and a new grill. The second level is another King Suite and laundry closet at the top of the stairs. The basement includes a half bath, game room, and an updated theater room. There are sleeper sofas in the Game Room and the Theater Room. There's another deck on this level with an eating area and hot tub.

Our cabin is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood, so there are other cabins in the surrounding area. The roads are CURVY, NARROW, and STEEP mountain roads. There is a steep incline near the cabin that is avoidable (instructions in check-in message), but once you go up it, you'll be a pro.

Guest access
Two days before your arrival, I will message you with a key code along with your check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
-There are neighbors - please be considerate!

-Quiet hours begin at 9:30pm and are strictly enforced. If you anticipate needing a space for late-night activities, please consider booking another cabin that is more suitable for your needs.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- You will likely see and hear critters!

- Do. Not. Feed. Bears.

-Do not leave food outside in your car, on the porch, decks, or hot tub as bears will always find it. Lock all doors, even car doors at all times.

- The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

-No discounts for booking.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided.

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 and will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-There is a security camera on front porch that shows the front door. This will be on during your stay for your protection.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is beautiful and great for relaxing! There are also sooo many fun things to do in the area for young kids. Our boys loved this vacation!

Great cabin and great location. We did get to see bears around the cabin so that was really fun and exciting. Owners were so easy to work with and sent us all the info we needed in advance. My kids LOVED the pool table and air hockey and the theater room( HUGE TV)was perfect for hooking up xbox and Nintendo switch to play and everyone had a recliner to sit in. Don't look any further this is the place you want to stay!!

The cabin was beautiful, just like the photos in the listing, and the space was more than enough for me and my family . First time in the area and loved the nature plus family-friendly attractions nearby, would recommend again for more people to stay!

Perfect Spring Break Family Getaway!

My family had a wonderful stay and loved the beautiful cabin. Enjoyed my morning coffee with the birds chirping, so peaceful. The property had great views and great location, within a 10-minute drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We plan on returning for a future stay.

we loved the cabin. A little hard to get to but it was all good. We also had someone trying to break into my truck. Picture is attached.We see why the instructions are to make sure you lock your doors and roll up the windows.

Gorgeous cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect size for our family. We had a few hiccups upon arrival but the host quickly responded and made everything right. Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway!

Beautiful Cabin for family of 5

This place was beautiful, spacious and fulfilled all of our needs. We all had our own space and bathroom which was nice. I will try to VRBO this cabin again. The owner was wonderful and accommodating.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Beautiful cabin nestled right on the mountainside between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of space and wonderful natural light. Breanne was a wonderful host & very responsive. Be sure to get on the waitlist for breakfast at Crockett's Breakfast Camp - a must-do!

Nice relaxing long weekend

Very sweet cabin! Love the downstairs entertainment area. Especially the theater room! Wish there was a DVD player to watch movies brought from home, but we streamed so it worked out well.

So Much Fun!

This place was AWESOME! Cabin was exactly as advertised. Cozy and clean! The beds were super comfortable, the kids loved the theater room. We found it so easy to be lazy and stay “home”. We will without a doubt stay here again!

Spring Getaway

Cabin was beautiful. It is conveniently located -close to all things to do at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Yet being in the cabin makes you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle. Host communicated great. We had everything we needed. Hope to go back!

Great Cabin In The Mountains

Dollywood visit

The cabin is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and so much fun. We had a blast with the game room, theatre room, and hot tub. My only slight issue was there were some hairs and crumbs in the shower and in the fold out sofa beds. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was clean and ready upon arrival. Mountain roads are narrow if you aren’t used to it but it is perfectly located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with so much to do. My son loved the theater room and game room which made spending the evenings back at the cabin a blast. Would definitely consider coming back!

Family get away

I booked this property last minute for a quick family get-away. Breanne responded quickly about a question and sent the cabin information quickly when I booked. She also checked in when we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. The cabin was just as pictured and location was perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was only a few minutes from both. I highly recommend booking this cabin from Breanne.
