This cabin was amazing. Anil was even better to communicate with before and during the stay. My kids loved the movie theater and views from the decks. We will stay here again.
Nice and clean. Wondeful views. Loved the hot tub.Seen some bears on the property so that was cool too! Very high in the mountain so only downfall was the drive up but very doable!
First experience using Vrbo. Nice cabin in Pigeon Forge with a great view from the balcony as advertised in the pictures. Got a little nervous about confirmation of our booking as we did not receive any communication until around midnight the night before we were heading down there. Not sure if that is normal, but it all worked out. Also, we weren’t thrilled that we had to be checked out by 10 AM. It made the morning feel pretty rushed. Other than that, we had a great stay.
First the positives:
The location and view is beautiful, and the cabin has all the basic necessities. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was also very responsive and nice!
The negatives:
We’ve been staying in cabins in this area for 15 years. This particular cabin is probably the least well-maintained one we’ve experienced-especially for the price. The furniture and mattresses were old and had seen better days The windows were coated in dirt and the deck had some random tubing and a bucket of chlorine sitting right in the pathway to the hot tub (which was clean and nice, though). The downstairs area still had the lint from the dryer left in hunks on the television console, and while standing on the deck, if you look down you’ll see lots of trash thrown over the edge as well as an old rug and some, sheet metal. All in all it was ok, just disappointing given the price we paid. A little TLC could go along way to make this cabin worth the price.

*squirrel in the cabin
We were greeted with a very dusty & grimy carbin. We loved the layout, amenities, and views so we decided to stay. At about 1230am, we were finishing a movie in the theater room when my youngest son said "mommy something is moving on the stairs". When I turned to look, it was a chimpunk/squirrel!! We all panicked gathered our things (while making sure not to run into this critter). We left, i messaged owner & arrived at a clean hotel by 2am. Owner is refusing refund because we didn't get a picture. No chance of ever getting a squirrel to hold still long enough for that. After multiple attempts to reason, I finally reminded him the cabin was in a very unclean state without the squirll and i DID take those pictures. Still waiting for refund. @VRBO can you help me? I'm a loyal vrbo customer but this is very concerning. -Emily.
