The property was nice however it is in a gated community and the gate code that was given was incorrect . Someone was finally able to give me the correct gate code but trying to get into the property at 11:30pm at night with no cell phone reception is very taxing.The home's WiFi was down which I know the property management could not exactly fix but it was a great inconvenience especially since our cell phone data was inconsistent. The property describes itself as having the ability to accommodate up to 10 guest . We had 7 desk and their were not enough bedding or bathing towels to accommodate us all . We went out to purchase some . The hot tub also did not work but yet there was a 70 dollar fee that is associated with the rental . We did speak with someone regarding some issues however the most they could do was offer us 2 tickets to a local attraction . This was just a weekend getaway for our kids and we frequent the area a lot so I was very disappointed in this stay . The cabin is gorgeous though .

Needs a lot of TLC: NOT CLEAN

The pictures were not at all what the house was. The first night we had no AC. We waited on hold for 45 mins 5x times to get the Maintenace man to come out at 10:30 pm(6 hours after we arrived) and said there was nothing he could do. We had to sleep in an 85-degree house with small children. They did come fix it the second day. We also reached out about the infestation of roaches in the house. To add to the list the internet didn't work which means no TV, the house was not clean, the hot tub jets didn't work (and it looks like it is falling apart), there weren't any pots and pans to cook, a leak under the sink, etc. I'd seriously consider before you book this house. After complaining and asking to speak to a manager they did reimburse me for some of my trip. Outside of the location to Dollywood there isn't anything good I can say about this place.

Great cabin

Excellent location, good layout, pool table and arcade game was fun, hot tub worked well, and community pool was fun also. Washing machine was broken while we were there- they were going to get a new one, but it wasn’t in during our stay. Overall, great cabin with large, comfortable beds and an awesome location.
