Property is in town , with no steep or windy roads. Plenty of yard spaces to roam. Enjoy peace and quiet with the View of the Smoky Mountains. It is one level, kids and pet friendly(Outdoor fenced gated area for pets) with 10 minutes to Dollywood with less than 3 minutes to groceries, shows, and shopping areas.

Sleeping arrangements will accommodate up to 9 Guests.

We do allow pets. There is a pet fee of $89 per pet.
NOTE: NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS POLICY APPLIES. Guests not on reservation will not be allowed at the property at anytime. Please make sure number of Guests is correct upon booking.

USAGE OF OUTDOOR ENCLOSED FENCE FOR PETS: Please note, upon using the enclosed outdoor fence area for your pets, you are responsible for your pet safety. Do not leave your pets unsupervised at anytime. Do not leave your pets outdoor overnight. Door latch and fence can get damage without us knowing, always check to make sure door are closely latched.
