"I have gone this resort many times in the past maybe 20 years, and, lately, it's going downhill. Here are a few problems they need to address: Check-in was rediculously time consuming. There were crazy line ups. Waited close 1 hour to check in, and the room wasn't ready, and had to receive a call 1 hour later (past 5 pm). Then, my room, it used to have 1 pair of bathrobs in the closet. Now, none. You have to ask for them, and wait again. Then, TV wasn't working (checked the cables,etc), coffee machine wasn't working. The property need some updates, too. With the price they ask for, it's really bad shape. I know that hot spring itself is great. But, seriously, with the price range, they really need to do better property maintenance, and streamline check in process. Now, I feel like I don't like to go there ever again. "

"We visited with our 6-year-old son and had an amazing time! The property is right by the beach, with a playground and plenty of lively activities, making it a beautiful and fun spot for families. We also took a day pass to the resort and really enjoyed the hot springs, ice cream, and a delicious breakfast at Muddy Waters. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, it was a day very well spent. Highly recommend—both kids and adults will love it, and it’s very cost-effective too"

"Fridge was not plugged in, hotel extremely run down and filthy. The complete second floor was under demo with glue fumes, dust, old furniture hanging around the hallways. Elevator scary. Bathroom dirty, scum and rust all over tub and faucets. Carpets disgusting with stains . Curtains that don't fit and stained. Outlets don't work and the ones that did were sloppy and hard to keep anything charging."

"What a cute, cozy cottage! The weather was wet and cold but we still enjoyed our stay there. Loved the jacuzzi, the proximity to Harrison Lake, the comfort and amenities of our place, and the fact that our dog was welcomed. Incredible value, and a wonderful experience. Thank you!"
