"The view from our room, and I think all rooms was amazing! Most of the hotels have a lot of trees behind so you don't get a good view but this one was fantastic! The room was basic but clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was amazing!"

"We booked this place because my partner remembered coming as a child. Then I saw the mixed reviews. I was nervous. Absolutely worth it. Rooms have recently been remodeled. Shower clean (no tub). Check in clerk was awesome. We were arriving later than expected & she was very accommodating. She even researched & found an old rewards account I didn't know I had. Beds were comfortable & clean. No carpeting in the rooms which I love. Breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwich, fruit bar, apple & juice. Better than nothing. Coffee & tea 24 hrs. Soda/water vending machine. Pool on smaller side but does the trick. Hot tub was nice & hot. Open 9-8. We had a private balcony but couldn't use it because "Charlotte" had a big ol web blocking the doorway on the outside Only suggestion is snack Vending machine for middle of night munchies. I ended up walking to gas station at midnight. It was a nice, quiet & relaxing walk"

"We stayed 1 night with our 2 granddaughters (13. & 15). Our check-in was fast & easy. We were offered cookies, lemon water & iced coffee. The staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean & welcoming. We had 2queen beds, a sofa bed, easy chair, small table with 2 chairs. We were within walking distance to several restaurants & there was miniature golf right outside the hotel. The breakfast was great-lots of choices & very clean."

"Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is surprisingly good, everything is very delicious. They even have fresh juice for kids in those cute spill proof cups. Pool is warm and shallow, great for little kids to have a splash when it's too hot outside. All in all, great experience and will stay here again in the future."

"We had a lovely vacation at the Residence Inn! We go to North Conway every summer, and this was our first time staying here. It won't be the last! The hotel is well staffed, and they are all so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman giving out stickers to the kiddos at brunch and walking around to make sure everyone had what they needed. So sweet. And a different gentleman who was checking on the pool and taking care of maintenance throughout our stay - we saw him buzzing about everywhere we went. He stopped to talk to my kiddos and compliment my 5 year old's swimming. The new trend with hotels seems to be understaffing and cutting corners in every way possible, and we were pleased to see a bustling property. Things were being cared for-- the facilities- and the guests! The landscaping is lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great. The extra touches-- like the firepit and the smores-- really made the stay welcoming. The desk staff were pleasant and friendly and helpful. We had an issue with my son's convertible car seat, and decided mid-trip to upgrade him to a tall back booster (since he's almost 6!) but we had no room in our car with all of our luggage to fit the old car seat. The receptionist offered to take and dispose of the car seat. A lifesaver! Plus it's next to Luchador Tacos, which was a gem. Definitely recommend a stay here! :) "
