毎年ソウルに遊びに行っていて、今回で４回目の滞在です。一番好きなところはスタッフのプロフェッショナリズムと親切かつ丁寧、顧客の立場になってくれて、痒い所に手が届くサービスです。フロントはじめ、どのスタッフも素晴らしい所が、その精神が行き届いている証拠です。これはリラックスできる滞在の第一条件です。客室も綺麗なだけでなく、使いやすく、必要なものは全て揃っています。私にとって、ホテル選びに必ずなくてはならないのがサウナやバスがあるSPAですが、こちらのSPAはとても落ち着いた洗練された雰囲気で、リラックスできます。1Fのベーカリーのリボン型クロワッサンやケーキ、クッキーもとても美味しくてお土産にも購入して帰ります。

We were greeted in reception on arrival by Walter who was very kind and helpful. The room (Executive King Club Room) was fabulous- comfortable, clean and super comfortable bed. The executive lounge staff are great - welcoming and friendly, they looked after us well at breakfast and cocktail hour. The hotel is located in a great area, an easy walk to lots of attractions, great shopping opportunities and in easy reach of various metro lines. At check out, William was super helpful in helping us work out how and when to go to Seoul station for the airport train - we happened to be checking out on the day of the BTS concert, and so were concerned about various road closures, availability of taxis and the crowds. With his help we were able to take our luggage by taxi in the morning to the station and leave it in a luggage storage place located above the AREX train. Which meant no hassle when we came to leave the city early evening. A great stay - would stay again!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were always clean. If we ever needed a taxi, they quickly call one and was there within minutes. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. There was no language barrier either.

호텔내의 전 직원이 너무 편하고 친절하게 대해주셨습니다~ 다녀본 호텔중에 최고로 편안하게 친절했습니다^^ 객실도 깨끗하고 특히 화장실이 참 깔끔했습니다 ㅎㅎ 객실키 꽂지 않아도 되서 기본으로 받은 2개키로 여러상황에 맞춰 유용하게 활용할 수 있어서도 좋았어요~ 엘베이용도 카드키만 대면 자동으로 층이 눌려지는 것도 편하였고,지하1층 뷔페식당도 점심,저녁메뉴가 다양하고 맛도 너무 맛있었어요~ 수영장 영법레인의 폭은 아주 살짝 좁지만 자기 라인 잘 유지하면서 수영하면 무리는 없지만 마주오는 분 조심해서 수영하시면 좋을거 같아요~ 그래도, 안전요원분들이 친절하게 잘 챙겨주세요~ 자유풀에서는 아이들이랑 놀기 좋지만 물이 조금 찬 거 같았어요,(여름이면 전혀 상관없음^^) 하지만, 몸 따듯히하는 반신욕 풀도 2개있어서 놀다가 들어가기 좋아요^^ 헬스장 머신들은 종류가 많이 다양해서 좋아요 그리고, 헬스장 전체적인 공간 배치가 효율적으로 잘 되어있는것도 인상 깊었어요~ 호텔 바로옆에 환구단 구경후 걸어서 서울시청,도서관,덕수궁,경복궁구경까지 편하게 이동할 수 있는것도 너무 좋았어요^^

クラブラウンジは４部制になってしまい忙しい・・スパも結構混んでいる（月曜日朝、韓国マダムがスイミング後に大勢利用していたから？）。だけど、ソウルで他のホテルを利用しても、やはりここに戻ります。

日本語ができるスタッフも多く、宿泊中何度もタクシーを呼んでくれました。お部屋のトラブルでは夜にも関わらずスタッフさんがかけつけてくれ、迅速な対応をしてくださいました。夜に対応して頂いたにもかかわらず、ホテル側の不手際だったとして、滞在中朝の朝食ビュッフェをプレゼントしてくれました。とても素敵な旅行となり、ホテルでもとても良い思いをさせていただきました。帰国日にはトラブルのことも忘れていたくらいなのですが、チェックアウト時にも、ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんでした、と伝えられ、スタッフ間でしっかりと情報共有がされてることも感心しました。また泊まりに行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

Service is outstanding especially Michael who is a trainee in the front welcoming area. He was wonderful with recommendations for exploring Seoul with up to date information. The lobby bar is a beautiful place to stop and have a drink or something to eat. Location is perfect for exploring Myeondong on foot and subway stations are all close. Room is always clean and comfortable. If I was to find anything to criticise it’s that the rooms are looking a little tired. However that’s a non issue as the experience was perfect. I would visit this hotel again.
