スタッフ不在　

チェックインは、フロントにスタッフが不在。 LINE電話等で対応と張り紙がありましたが、Wi-Fiパスワードを入れても状態悪く不安定で、連絡とれない。 結果、ゲストハウスを利用している韓国人のお客さんに、連絡をとってもらい、入室。ゲストハウスの説明 無い。部屋に、暖房が無いためコートを着用して一晩過ごした。 ２泊予約しましたが、結局１泊のみで、退室。

An experience never to be repeated

Not as I expected at all. The hotel is actually a study dormitory, a goshiwon, sometimes known as a goshitel, and is really the bare minimum. When I arrived, there was no-one at reception and when I called the cell number, the staff member spoke English, which is a plus. He told me to just go in the room, where the keys were waiting. Very noisy so I barely slept, with plasterboard walls on all sides. The bed had the wardrobe over the foot of the bed, which I managed to kick several times a night, waking myself. The bathrooms had rusty doors which didn’t lock, and the showers took forever to heat up but did provide hot water. Air conditioning barely worked, and it actually got cooler when neighbouring rooms had their units on. I left after three nights of twenty I had booked, but it was so cheap that I didn’t mind. An experience never to be repeated.

糟透了的住宿

宜必思飯店旁的路走進去，一樓是大樓的大門玻璃，要推門走進裡面才看到通往2樓旅館的樓梯。如果看地圖上的圖標，就是宜必思飯店旁的第二條街，那會走到後面，什麼也找不到。臨時入住，網頁寫服務到01:00，但21點去的時候櫃台沒有人，現場留WeChat及Line聯絡方式(印象中還有whatsapp)，只能以這種方式來通知入住，WeChat回覆較快，但Line過了3小時才讀取了訊息！如果沒有通訊app(WeChat)那麼您會求助無門，無法入住。廁所沒有沐浴乳、洗髮精，沒有毛巾、吹風機(得向櫃台借，放在201房旁邊的雜物堆上)、飲水機、房內的垃圾桶。清潔度…很髒，並且廁所小到快無法轉身，洗澡時非常痛苦。可以行李寄存，但花快2000台幣一晚是這個品質，非常不值得，不推薦。

2度と行かないパターンです

まず、従業員がほぼ居ません。私はたまたま遭遇出来ましたが、1時間程あとから来た黒人客は私をスタッフと思い話しかけてくる程で、なんと翌昼チェックアウトの時に彼は入り口前でフードを被って寝ていました…。 靴は入り口で脱ぐスタイルですが中履き(ゴムサンダル)は2～3人分しか無いようです。窓もシャワートイレも無い部屋で週末ミョンドン価格8000円程と、空気も腐っててかなりキツいです。共用トイレはシャワー室でもあるので足拭きマット（べちょべちょで水虫確定）を通過せねばならず、トイレは我慢しました。男性用は2室ともカギが壊れてかかりません。 他国言語サービスとありますが皆無です。スタッフ不在時はフロントの電話でどこかにかけると対応してくれるらしいですが、韓国語オンリーのようで、先述の黒人さんはお手上げであったようです。かわいそうに… 通常価格で4000円弱のようですが、それでも完全にアウトです。

Where’s the attendant?

I have never seen someone in the front desk. All my concerns are addressed via chat apps. No one is actually there to help you in person. The common restroom/shower room is not well-maintained. I found it hard for a very slim guy like me to fit in. The location though is really good. Right next to Myeong Dong shopping area. And the other way/side is dotted with restaurants. Convenient location for touring the city.

場所はいいです

明洞、世宗ホテルの裏側をちょっと入ったところなので、利便性は高いです。 バスルーム付きの部屋を予約したものの、設備が壊れたとのことでチェックイン前に電話を頂き、キャンセルでもいいよと言われたのですが、他を探すのも面倒なので共用バスルームの部屋に変更しました。 部屋自体はそこそこ清潔でよかったですが、共用のトイレ兼バスルームの一つが鍵がかからない状態、もう一つはゴミ入れからトイレットペーパーがあふれている状態でしたので、シャワーはあきらめて、濡れタオルで体をふく程度で耐えました。笑 日本の女性であの共用バスルームを使えるのは、相当旅慣れた方だと思います。 スタッフさんは英語で接してくれたのでコミュニケーションに困ることはないと思います。 場所柄、料金的にも格安ですので、次回はバスルーム付きの部屋に泊まってみたいと思います。

시설이 너무 더러웠고 무엇보다 객실에 욕실이 없고 작은 화장실에서 샤워를 같이 해야한다는게 어이가 없어서.... 저녁 00시 넘어서 입실했지만 새벽 05시되서 도무지 참지 못하고 나왔습니다. 이곳은 숙박업소라기보다 고시원 같았습니다. 낮은 객실료로 어느 정도 추산은 했지만 다른 가격대의 곳보다 시설이 비하면 최악의 조건이었습니다. 단, 전화로 안내해 주던 직원은 친절했습니다.

今まではじめての最悪！よる11時にホテルに到着。場所は、わかりましたが、入り口が、わからず、近所のコンビニのおじさんに聞いて、やっと到着。 フロントに誰もいないので、電話したのに、ハングルで返答するだけで現れず、タオルもドライヤーも、シャンプーとかもなく、部屋は、寝がえり打てる程度のベッド。寒いのに暖房なく、扇風機だけ。 この値段なら、チムジルバンに泊まった方が良かったかなと。二度とここには、いかないでしょう

トイレとお風呂が一緒で狭い

某サイトでホテル予約し、レイトチェックインの許可も貰っていたのにホテル事態がとれてなかったので、急遽こちらに泊まりました。 連絡はラインやメールのみの対応で、日本語は出来ません。 部屋も掃除したのか謎で、長い髪の毛が何本もあり、ベッドの上にも落ちてました。 またトイレとお風呂が一緒なので、潔癖な人は無理だと思います。 トイレの臭いと、髪の毛がきつかったけど荷物置きの場所としてなら良いかと 下のチムジルバンの警備員さんは良い人でしたよ。

ロケーションは抜群！ロケーションは

場所は良いです。場所は。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで管理人の方に一度も会いませんでした。 寝るだけと割り切れば何とかなるかな。 清潔感は決してありません。気にされる方にはお勧めしません。 臭いは部屋の独特なにおいとクローゼットの防虫剤の臭いが少し気になりました。 シャワースペースもクリーニングされてない印象でした。一度、壁等含めて石鹸、水垢などきれいにしていただけたらもう少し快適に過ごせると思います。付属のシャンプーなどは気になって使えませんでした。お湯はちゃんと出たので安心しました。 ベットはバネの音が大きくちょっと怖かった。マットは変えていただきたいです。 冷蔵庫はかび臭くどうしても使いたかったので、掃除してカビ臭消えてから使いました。 場所はどこへ行くにも便利ですし、コンビニ、チムジルバンも近くにあるのである程度快適に すごせてよいと思います。WiFiもちゃんとつながりました。

本当に寝るだけの為のスペース

16時頃チェックインしましたがフロントのお兄さんには会えました。言語は韓国語のみの様です。ドライヤーが借りたかったのですが、廊下の台の上に置いてありました。タオル、朝食は何処にもありませんでした。チェックイン以外お兄さんには会っていません。部屋は狭いながら、1人のスペースが保てたので時間を気にせず荷物の整理など出来たので良かったです。写真を見ていたので場所はすぐにわかりました。値段からして、本当に寝るだけの為ならこんなもんかなとも思えますが、私は今回きりだと思います。

Very hard to find. No help

Looked for an hour for this hotel. No signage from the street. Even called to find out what's next to it. Not much help. Never saw any live person running the front desk. So couldn't ask for any info on the area, restaurants, shopping, etc. Had a small personal heater for room. Warmed up the room pretty well. Hard mattress so not very comfortable. Near subway station, mostly quiet. Price to store your stuff is reasonable. Basically you are left to your own laurels. Check out, no one there, so tossed room key in office desk.
