The hotel was nice. Breakfast was also good. The downside of things was the location. If you are heading towards myeong dong or any touristy areas, the hotel is slightly far but apart from that, hotel is near plenty of shops and grocery too.

The hotel was good, quiet and clean. Rooms aren’t super big but comfortable. Love the shower pressure Love that has a convenient store and a bakery inside. Front desk staff wasn’t super friendly, not sure if was due to communication issues or just cultural differences. Quite closed to public transport but not closed to Seoul’s touristic areas, takes around 30 min to an hour to get to seoul on bus and train

When I visit Seoul, I have used this hotel for a long time. I think it is one of best hotels providing a quiet quality room and good service for the price. I will definitely choose this one again.

The staff were friendly and helpful where they could be. Asked for a taxi on check out but they couldn’t get one apparently. Maybe some milk in the fridge for arriving guests

This is a very good hotel although it is a little bit far away from down town. The staff is very friendly and helps you in case of any questions. For tourists it would be helpful to know how to get to the hotel from the last subway station "Doksan" or even better "Gumcheon-gu Office". I noticed that at "Gumcheon-gu Office" there are always taxis available, at "Doksan" station there are none. For me it was very important to get a breakfast in the morning. They offered a very good one for 14,000 won. In general I can say Korean people are very friendly. They help even if they can't speak Englisch and that's what I appreciate very much. Thanks to all for a pleasant stay.

Overall, its a decent hotel and the front desk staff are extremely nice. The room I was in had a hair on the bed, and the water pooled in the shower and sink and didnt drain, dirty coffee mugs, and with a gross smell in the room like mold. So while I would give the front desk staff 5/5 for service, I think the cleaners are not doing a great job.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig - aber nicht unbedingt gut für den Transport. Der Anmarsch zur Bushaltestelle sind ca. 500 m, zur U-Bahn ca. 1 Km. Von der Bushaltestelle fährt ein Bus direkt zum Flughafen für ca. 11 Euro. Die Zimmer sind nicht irre groß und von einem Designer wohl konzipiert. Das bedeutet, dass die USB-Ladestellen nicht beim Bett sind, für die Handwäsche lange Arme erforderlich sind und beim Duschen immer der Boden mit gewässert wird, obwohl dort keine Pflanzen wachsen. Der Teppichboden war fleckig und das Bad müffelte nach Kloake. Beim Frühstück, das für die Sternekategorie nicht überragend ist, sind keine Variationen zu befürchten. Gibt es einen Grund, dieses Hotel zu wählen? Der Preis ist der einzige. Für den Weg in die Citymitte ist mindestens 1 Stunde anzusetzen. Das Personal ist recht gut und zuverlässig.
