Very nice hotel and comfortable stay. Walkable distance from a lot of nice shopping/food districts and the palaces and hanok villages. AC was a bit weak, but it was also very hot during our stay (+30 and above) outside. Staff were nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores just steps away.

Everything was perfect. Only thing I didn’t enjoy much was the gym. It was quite small and tight, which led me not to use it.

It was a great location! Right in the middle of Gwanghwamoon and Jongro. Many good restaurants and great cafes to visit. The rooms are a bit outdated but was clean. A few blocks from Insadong was a plus if you'd like to shop some traditional gifts. The room was a bit outdated that it didn't have any usb ports. Since it is in the middle of many corporations/offices, there were so many restaurants with history and good food options and 24 hours Koobap places.

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Seoul! Great location with easy access to everywhere in the city. We had the view of the temple and it was cool to see everything they do from our window.

Check in / out was fast. Room was ready at noon. Room was tight for 3 people but the bed was comfortable. Used cup was not changed the next day. The carpet of the public area was ill fitted and that gave us bad impression. Location was very good. Easy access to metro.

I stayed here for two nights in September. The location is very convenient, with three subway stations within easy reach. Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insadong are also within walking distance, making it a great base for sightseeing. I stayed in a room on the 10th floor, but one of the outlets next to the bed was broken and could not be used. Also, the faucet in the bathtub was loose and seemed like it might come off. For a Shilla Hotel, I was a little disappointed to see that some areas of the room were not well maintained. The amenities were also quite basic. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location and its convenience for sightseeing.

Great hotel in a great location. We were able to explore every night and find new things to do. Very close to a number of subway options which make transport around Seoul so much easier. Would recommend to anyone wanting the convenience of Seoul at your fingertips
