Impeccable service, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast. Only issue is that there are constructions by the road which may be beard in the room, but they do provide earplugs if it is a bother to you. Great stay, highly recommneded.

We had to wait 10 min for our room to be ready and they got us a bottle of wine just for that. They apologized more than 10 times, chased us down to give us the key, and even apologized again at our checkout. you don't get this kind of service in the US.

Park Hyatt did not disappoint. The service was beyond consistent and efficient. The staff very friendly and ready to help you. Great at following up. The Korean restaurant was amazing. The location was perfect, many shops in the area. It looked like Manhattan’s 5th street. The views made my Seoul trip very special. Price value 10/10

Worst hotel

I came with a child. This is my third visit, and this time the service was the worst. Even considering the fact that it is a glass window, the heating doesn't work well, and the room was assigned to me with a strange structure, and the bathroom didn't get any warm air at all, so I shivered while using the bathroom. I checked in advance that I have a child and booked a room for 3 people, but they said they couldn't give me an extra bed due to the room structure. Then they should have assigned me a different room structure. When they said they couldn't give me an extra bed, I asked for an extra bedding, but they said no. They didn't have one. Haha Is this a hotel? ㅠ I wanted to go home and sleep warmly. The room service food wasn't warm, and the amount was ridiculously small. And lastly, the door didn't open with the room key. Haha? Does it make sense that the door wouldn't open with the room key I received? When I went back up to the lobby and asked, they just re-registered me and left. I won't come back.

Bad experience staying

We had two times of staying at Park Hyatt Seoul this year. The first time staying at the hotel we had a issue with double charges. Recent trip we booked 2 rooms for the family trip. However one of the room had the issues with plumbing for the several times and no heater for both rooms at night when the temperature was -4 degree Celsius. I did report to the concierge at the hotel but a hotel manager gave us one free breakfast meal with all those causes. All our family had to suffered with cold symptoms for several days. We have never expected 5 star rated hotel's staying with bad compensation from trouble staying.

Great location next to Coex, high ceilings and good size rooms. Nice room but hotel has very small lobby on 24th floor. Subway construction at hotel intersection which caused some noise. But otherwise hotel staff adn service was excellent.
