북한산 국립공원을 도보로 이용가능한 것은 최고의 장점. 그러나 머그잔은 깨끗하지 않았고, 커텐의 먼지는 눈에 띄게 보일정도로 청결함은 나빴음

장점 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 서울에서 즐길 수 있는 리조트 시설이라는 점 접근성이 좋다는 점 직원분들이 전반적으로 매우 친절했습니다. 동일 가격대비 매우 넓은 방의 크기 OTT 세팅이 잘되어있음 단점 자쿠지를 엄청 기대했는데 씻지도 않고 심지어 6층에 위치한 자쿠지에 밑에서부터 신다온 아쿠아슈즈를 신고 들어오는 무개념인간들이 너무 많아 비위생적이라고 느꼈고, 이에 대한 별도의 관리가 부족한 거 같습니다. 체크인 시간이 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 주변 맛집이 북한산 밑이다보니 거의 전무한 게 서울 도심 호텔 대비 상당히 아쉽습니다.
