숙소도 환경도 모든것이 깨끗하고 상쾌하고 좋았습니다. 산책할 수 있는 나무와 꽃과 쉴수 있는 벤치와 까페까지 너무나 좋았습니다. 다음번에 부모님을 모시고 다시 오고 싶습니다.

추측이지만, 장박 룸을 따로 구분하여 배정하는 것 같다. 장박에 따른 할인률을 적용하는 이유가 여기 있을 수는 있지만 호텔을 여러번 다시 찾아 오면서 발견한 경우라 다음에는 셀 수없는 창문뷰가 아닌 좀 더 밝은 쪽 룸을 사용해 보고 싶다, 장박이라 하더라도… 좌우간 이번에 사용한 방은 벽 페인트 상태가 좋지않아 약간 관리 안하고 방치된 창고같은 느낌이였다. 제공되는 조식은 무난하지만, 메뉴 변동이 거의없어 조금 아쉽다. 토xx 강남 조식과 비교하면 무리일까? 거리/위치 등 고려하면 아주 다른 목적의 투숙이겠으나, 그래도 며칠간 이어 사용한 호텔 들이 차이가 눈에 띄인다.

The Park Habio location was good, with a number of shops and restaurants close by. The breakfast offered by the hotel was a mob scene, and the elevators not nearly adequate to service the number of guests staying at the hotel. The rooms are very basic, not even a lamp by the bedside to read. Overall adequate, clean, walkable but nothing soecial

a negative experience. The room was not clean, with visible dirt and stains and also in poor condition,The staff's attitude was also lacking, as they were dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to ask something Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was not well-stocked and the food was stale. Overall, the hotel is in disrepair and the staff does not seem to care about the guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Can I get a refund for my food

No A/C in October

From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning.

While searching for hotels near Jamsil on the Internet, I made a reservation at Hotel Park Habio because the reviews were good. However, when I went there myself, the room was very small, and although the staff cleaned the room hard every day, there was dust all over the room. In particular, there were strange foreign substances all over the walls of the room I stayed in, which made me feel bad. And the bathroom shower booth smelled really bad. I don't think I'll come back and stay at this hotel again. I think the good reviews for this hotel were probably written by something like a review agency.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed.I would never ever recommend people to stay. I couldn’t believe they offer wedding there. Cleaning was not done properly (beds were not made properly, bath was also always clogged), toilet was clogged and had an awful smell all over my room, position of shower and bath were awful so it made the entire floor covered with splash after every single shower we took so I had to use my towels spread on the floor to stand on it, the window and security box were broken and the room(nobody came over to fix even if I told them so)The bed been so humid and uncomfortable by feeling the fabric of my beds were always kinda wet.. Their customer service was also terrible that even the front desk did not speak any proper English or they just did not understand English, not being able to solve customers’ problems from their facilities. Their food service was horrible as well. They just serve the same terrible food everyday.. the eating environment was so dirty and it was not cleaned at all…I did not eat my breakfast toward the end of my stay because it was too disgusting. It even should not cost $10.. The water park(water kingdom) next to the hotel was also dirty and disgusting. Parents allowed kids pee at the corner of the floor… their water was not even clean filled with whatever garbage and weird bubbles…I got my eyes infected after swimming there. It was terrible water I’ve ever been and I cannot let my kids swim there..too risky.
