Dirty, have a hair on the bed, yellow spots on the blanket, room no one time slippers, no shower curtain, only one shower towel for two people, price not much the room paid! It is a rip-off customers. No refunds for customers! This place not hotel! It is a motel! Feel sick when you walk in the room! Travel need comfortable room feel like home but when you stay Milhaus Shinchon you will feel stiff! Price fraud!!!!!!!

가격대비 전혀 만족스럽지 않아요

하루 숙박료 40만원에 숙박 했는데.. 너무 비쌉니다. 신촌 모텔촌 내에 있어서 위치상 않좋아요, 그리고 체크인이 오후 6시, 통상 호텔은 2-3시인데 참 기다리기 힘들었어요. 그리고 너무 좁고 커피 등이 구비가 않되어 있었습니다. 특히 요즘 비데없는 호텔 처음봅니다.

18만원 이상의 숙박비를 내고 3인 숙박 갔었는 데, 모텔촌 안에 있는 이름만 호텔인 곳이네요. 전체적으로 너무 좁고 욕실도 좁아서 세면대 둘 공간이 없어 세면대는 방쪽에 있었구요. 우리아이 한 명이 근처에 원룸에 방이 있어서, 저녁 늦게 까지 같이 있다가 헤어질 예정이었는데 staff분이 체크인 할 때부터, 또 저녁먹고 들어오니 또 한사람은 나가셔야 된다고 말하네요. 불쾌했습니다. 다시 오고싶지는 않은 곳입니다.

호텔 이용 후기

체크인 시간이 주변 다른 호텔보다 빨랐던 것이, 이 호텔을 고른 가장 큰 이유였습니다. 출장이었기 때문에, 짐을 가지고 다닐 수 없어 이 부분이 중요했었구요. 그리고, 수건,이불이 깨끗해서 맘에 들었습니다. 하나 아쉬웠던 부분은 밤 10부터인가, 청소하는 소리인지, 달그락 거리는 소리가 한 1시간 정도 났었는데, 좀 더 오래동안 이 소리가 났다면 카운터에 컴플레인을 하려고 했었습니다.

Bring your own pillow

Small hotel easy to find but I paid for a bigger room With king bed and I believe he gave it to my friend who booked at the same time- by the time I got upstairs I was too tired to argue. Room was nice but my god the pillows are bulky as heck!
