Considering the location the hotel is decent. The staff are very friendly and nice. The room was clean but the windows needed a wash. Breakfast was also good. I would recommend if you’re looking for a standard hotel.

The staff were kind and professional and the hotel is easy to get to by public transportation. The bed is good, although the room I stayed in was very small. Opt for the larger size room for an even better experience. The morning breakfast was nice.

Good neighbourhood, friendly staff and clean Though rooms are not well maintained, Wifi was basically not available in the room (very poor signal), the tub was wobbly and not properly installed, also rooms are fairly small.

The staff were really nice and always going out of the way to ensure I was taken care of. The location was great for walking around the Gangnam area, and convenient to the rail system. My room was perfect for my needs, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Had a great stay!

I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again.

Our Go-To Hotel in Seoul – Convenient, Comfortable

We loved our stay at this hotel so much that we ended up booking it twice during our recent trip to Seoul—and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon! Pros: Great Location: The hotel is perfectly situated with plenty of buses nearby to take you around town. It’s tucked away from the busiest streets, so you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep without late-night noise, yet it’s still close to fun neighborhoods like Seongsu and Apgujeong. Spacious Rooms: We stayed in a twin room and really appreciated the extra space, especially on our last day when we needed to pack all our shopping finds. Thoughtful Service: After check-out, the staff kindly stored our suitcases since we had a late flight. The cozy lobby on Level 1 was also a lifesaver—it gave us a comfortable and private space to freshen up and do some last-minute repacking before heading to the airport. Overall, this hotel made our Seoul trip so much more enjoyable. Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming—we can’t wait to book our next stay here!

This was my second visit to this hotel. I was impressed by staff kindness on my first visit 6 month ago and they did not let me down this time either. Lots of fine dinings around the area (walkable) and hotel location was great. It is also much quieter than Gangnam station area where I used to stay. Room was also very spacious compared to other business hotels in the area. I would definately recommend this hotel for your visit in Seoul

Nice view. Clean and modern facility. Good location. Safe wasn’t working when we first arrive but that was quickly resolved. The toilet flushes fine but the other bidet functions were not functioning at all. (Not a necessity.) The workout area was very basic. All in all a 4/5.
