The female staff at the front desk on the first floor was extremely helpful. They allowed me to check in early, and handled my business needs by making copies and sending emails for me. They were prompt, courteous, and precise.

Beds are comfy.

I booked the junior suite. Love the size! Beds are clean and comfortable! Location is good with nearby bus stops, subway station and airport bus stops. It's less crowded neighborhood comparing to MD and Hongdae. Only downside: bathroom is out dated with some molds on the roof. The sink counter is narrow.

Clean, spacious. Very convient to metro/seoul subway lines 1,2,5. Literally 5 minute walk to famous Gwangjang market for excellent street food. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The hotel is a short walk from subway station. You can reach many local attractions within 30 minutes of subway. Food are easily accessible from the day and night markets nearby.

You can take a walk from the hotel and it is close to train stations, food market and historical park. Nice area. Te hotel is clean and the lobby looks very nice. The water pressure that comes from the shower was perfect, it felt great.

The location was good, but the smell of cigarettes was so strong that I changed floors and rooms, but the smell persisted. I ended up changing hotels and even had to get a refund. And since there was no laundry machine in the hotel, I had to walk for about 10 minutes carrying my dirty laundry.

We stayed here mainly because it's close to the major palaces, Ikseon-dong Hanok Village and Insadong Culture Street. The closest subway stations are less than 10 minutes away by walk. The hotel isn't as nice as in the pictures. It's quite old and needs remodeling. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we just went to the Starbucks next door. There isn't really much to see outside of the hotel but it's quiet. The staff was pretty friendly. The cost was lower than other comparable hotels probably due to its sourroundings and quality of the rooms. I would recommend staying here if you want to save some money and be close to the best cultural spots of Korea.

綺麗で毎日清掃＋タオル替えがある。空調はとてもよく効いていて、冬でも部屋では半袖で過ごせそう。スタッフとの意思疎通も特に問題なし。派手な感じやオシャレな雰囲気等は特に無いが、値段を考えれば十分なサービス。駅と市場が近くて、コンビニやスタバもあり便利。

今回は、4人で一つのお部屋に宿泊しました。4人でもスーツケースを余裕で広げられるスペースがありました。ただ、バスタブがないお部屋だったので、そのスペースもあったら、最高かなと思うので、そこだけ少し残念でした。広蔵市場やイクソンドンにも歩いて行けますし、アクセスは良いと思います。次回の旅行の際も、機会があれば、是非利用させていただきたいです。

家族旅行で利用しました。部屋はとても綺麗でした。シャワーの水圧も十分でした。トイレは紙を流せず、残念でした。部屋の窓からはソウルタワーが真ん前に見えて嬉しかったです。駅からはとても近く、広蔵市場は更に近く、非常に便利な場所でした。フロントの方が、とても親切で有り難かったです。また利用したいホテルです。
