Unsafe getting in and out of the shower/bathtub. We were taller than average, but we still had to be extra careful in stepping in and out. Your Staff was very good, but you need to give them more to work with. Your restaurant was way over-priced and underwhelming in their menu selections. Our group of 8 found a few terrific restaurants within a half or a full block from the hotel.

Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel - we noticed that the staff never once changed the sheets/pillowcase/covers during the entirety of our stay. The bathroom was hardly cleaned as well (we noticed the same stains on the sink, tub, floor, etc). For the price we definitely expected a bit more, but maybe that's just how all Travelodge locations are. That being said, location is great, city hall has easy subway access and lots of restaurants within a 5-min walk radius.

Lovely appointed room (we had the queen bed) You could choose how often you wanted your room cleaned. Staff were friendly and helpful and had no trouble understanding English. We had our breakfast there everyday as it had everything you could want (English/Korean) just paid a supplement.

Very satisfied with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, room was bigger than expected. Clean and spacious. Toilet has a bath tub which i am not usually a fan of, but the bath tub design is such that the water does not splash out and cause the toilet to flood. Needless to say, great location - walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Namdaemun/Myeongdong markets, underground shopping centers, subways, bus stops and convenient stores. There is also a famous and delicious sundae restaurant called Nongmin Baekam Sundae right behind the hotel (must try!) Overall, my friend and I had a pleasant stay, thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Only concerned was the staff called to our room around 1 am in the morning, regarding about the noise and the volume. I believed some customer might be complaining, but actually this was a group of people in the hallway making noise, not us. They should sent someone to check instead to call to the room to wake us up.

Unfortunately the hotel requires a renovation, given the condition of the rooms. The double room was nice enough and a bit roomier than some Asian hotel rooms, but the room was showing some wear and tear. Shower had mould and yellowing wallpaper on the walls. Carpet was stained and generally un-enticing. However, the pluses was a great location, walkable to Myeongdong and other nearby areas, close to shops, restaurants (right around the corner)and the night markets. The room itself had a safe, shower had ample hot water with great water pressure. Beds were comfy enough and clean.

The location is great; it's close to transportation and restaurants. The room was good but not great. It was a little dusty and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working so it smelled a little moldy.

Clean and simple, filtered water on every level. Staff is helpful. Convenient location, close to everything and not in the bustling centre of MyeongDong. The B1 floor has facility for laundry, gym, microwave, iron and a steam cabinet. However it was lacking a tap or sink. I had to go all the way back to level 10 just to empty some water and refill them for the iron and steam cabinet.

Good location centrally around the city. But the layout of the toilet is weird and faces straight on the side of the bed. which is disruptive when the lights are on or when someone needs to go in the middle of the night. Will recommend for solo travelers, not couples.

Staff were fantastic. The laundry facility was good. The area is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was average. Marks are everywhere on the floor, walls and glasses. The floor under the bed was really very dusty-had a look cos I happen to drop something under the bed. Towards the last couple of days, we could hear drilling sounds in the room.

Good location
Location of the hotel is good. The staff at the hotel despite the fact that they are friendly, they are not much of a help. Breakfast is relative poor without a lot of options. The hotel is clean and in a very good condition.

1) Polite reception team. 2) Breakfast counter can probably have more variety (it was the same menu everyday). 3) Wifi was unfortunately horrible as the speed was too slow to allow online access. Had to reappear to going to nearby cafes for better coverage.

Nice hotel, 2 minutes from the metro, safe area. Breakfast was nice. Clean rooms, good atmosphere. Some staff didn’t speak English, but we managed with a translation app.

Stayed here for 6 nights total. The facility is clean and well maintain. The staff are okay, some hard to understand due to language barrier. Only thing I didn’t like about it is that they never change our sheet when I specifically ask to change. The staff always say okay but when we comeback from a day of tour, our sheets never change.

For the price, travelodge is really decent for its location, size & decor of room and excellent service staff. We are definitely staying here again if we visit Seoul. We appreciate one of the staff's help in booking a cheaper taxi for our departure trip to the airport, it was a huge taxi that could fit us 4 adults and 4 large luggages yet cheaper than a regular taxi. For the convenience, we think it's worth paying about 20K won extra for taxi rather than Airport bus/limo.
