Excellent location with easy accessibility to transportation. It’s possible to walk to most tourist attractions. The room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unlimited free bottled water is available in the room and lounge. Laundry machines are available on site. The breakfast is very simple but sufficient. Very pleasant stay at Hotel Amare for 1 week. We will stay there again if we go back to Seoul.

Three subway lines are accessible, and the bus stop is nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, which is great. The front desk staff are also kind. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious, and it's nice that the toilet and bath are separate. This was my second stay, and I plan to make it my regular hotel.

there are plentiful of eateries nearby but I cannot be wandering often with a group of drunk ppl standing near KTVs staring at me and trying to look for trouble, the area is great but not the safest

Large room, clean and nice shower head, great to have a lovely shower after a long day out. Close and convenient to transport and so many restaurants nearby. Will stay again. Includes breakfast, but dining area is very small, we only had breakfast on the first morning of the five nights as we had to share a table that morning and it's not relaxing.

The room was very spacious and clean. There are a lot of food options around and had a pocha street near by. The breakfast was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English pretty good.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable stay with spacious room for 3 adults. Convenient location to subway lines with many eateries in the area. Staff are friendly. Like the simple free breakfast provided before we started our day.

Location, location

Great location! It is in the local area of restaurants but if you walk 2 blocks away you have many more options! Great room size! Wonderful and comfy bed and pillows. Excellent transportation near by! Breakfast was free and ok!

The housekeeping was excellent and and I was always happy to come back to my room clean and nicely arranged. Overall the hotel was great and having a place to park cars made it convenient for visitors with cars too. Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely return.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, comfy and they make the beds and changed the towels daily. Less than 3 mins walk to Jongno-3 ga subway. And the airport bus 6002 which cost only 17,000 wons is 5 mins walk away near to Exit 11 of subway. Plenty of choices of food around the hotel. Recommended!!

Great value

For the price they charge, this hotel is fantastic. The room was huge, cleaned thoroughly every day, and was very comfortable. The hotel is really well located on a quiet side road among a busy neighbourhood - so plenty of shops and restaurants - about five minutes from exit 1 of Jongno metro station, which is on three different lines. The rooftop area is a nice bonus, and the hotel was a great base from which to explore Seoul.

Wonderful

Wonderful service while checking in early. I was able to have my room at 10am (with a small fee) Breakfast was great and the area of Jongno & Insadong was fantastic.
