"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. "작년 봄~여름 즈음 힐리언스 선마을의 숙박권?을 선물 받아 방문한 적이 있습니다. 그 때 기억이 굉장히 좋게 남아 이번에도 크리스마스 이브에 가족들을 데리고 재방문 하였으나 기대 이하의 상태에 하루 종일 부모님의 불만을 귀에 피가 나도록 들어야 했습니다. 방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다. "
